Terms and Conditions
We hold ample stocks of all our wines. However, occasionally, a
vineyard will run out of a particular wine, in which event a substitute
of equal or greater value in a similar style will be supplied. We will
always check with you first, provided you have left contact details.
It is illegal to sell alcohol to persons under the age of 18. By placing an order you confirm that you are 18 or over.
Couriers will not leave the wine with anyone under the age of 18 and, if in doubt, will request some form of ID.
Prices quoted are per bottle, inclusive of VAT. The minimum
order is for one case or twelve bottles. We are happy to provide mixed
cases.
Our aim is to please and we are sure you will be delighted
with your choice of wine. If you have a problem with any of our wines,
please telephone, fax or e-mail us and we will be happy to discuss your
problem and do everything we can to help. The contents of your delivery
should be checked and any breakages reported within 48 hours of
delivery. We cannot be responsible for bottles broken after this period
or for any consequential damage caused by, for instance, opening or
spilling of wine.
