Refund policy

We ask that you fully check your order within 24 hours of receipt. If any wines are broken, we will replace them without cost if notified in this period. Outside of the 24 hour period we are not responsible for any breakages.

Wine is a subjective product. We cannot refund an order simply because you didn't like the wine you bought. But you believe you were misled or did not receive the wine you expected to then please get in touch and we will do what we can to compensate you.
