Summum, means the maximum degree that can be reached, the highest point of a process. A bold name to use for a wine don't you think?  Lacrima Baccus obviously have great belief in their Cava, and who are we to doubt them?

According to their website "it hypnotizes you". A compelling deciption to a sparkling wine and one we tend to agree with. With flavour of apricot, ripe fruits (peach and grapefruit), and vanilla. The Summum Cava is a fresh and pleasant drink from start to finish.
