The grapes for this Chardonnay are grown on the higher slopes of the Mont du Mâconnais, in the presence of limestone, encountering cold winters and warm mediterranean summers. GENETIE 'Les Piliers' is selected from the harvest for is blend of florals and taste. The resulting Chardonnay is extremely satisfying and versatile, combining well with white meats, pasta, fish and even cheese. Definitely one for the Chardonnay fans.
