Our Mâcon-Villages Réserve Personnelle is a special blend made from wines sourced from 3 different vineyard locations in the Village. The must is cooled to ensure a slow fermentation in stainless steel which allows the development of rich, smooth flavours.

A typically Burgundian Chardonnay that is upfront and full with a hint of buttery shortbread and hazelnut on the mid palate, this wine shows elegance, finesse and style. Pure green apple fruit is framed in appealing acidity.

A good food match would be grilled or baked fish, chicken wrapped with parma ham or grilled herbaceous mediterranean vegetable dishes.
