The Gavel wine is created from the finest Chardonnay grapes from selected sun-drenched vineyards across New South Wales and Victoria. The winemaker has created an elegant, fruit-driven wine with fine structure using immense skill to maintain perfection from grape to glass.

A medium-bodied Chardonnay wine with lemon and lime flavours along with tropical fruits. This Chardonnay has a creamy mouth feel along with fresh acidity as well as good length and persistence.
